Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Express orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3-7 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $34.99 (2-5 business days).

• Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99 (14-21 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $34.99 (4-10 business days).

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Stasure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Stasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Stasure will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Returns and Refunds

• If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy and contact us to initiate a return. Please note that customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
